Writing has always been a passion of mine, and there’s no denying that this therapeutic outlet has been a key element in my personal quest for freedom. 🫣 As a natural introvert, being able to jot down my thoughts, feelings and fears has definitely helped me find my own voice. By sharing my experiences as a millennial in my early thirties, I want to show you that you’re never alone and that you deserve to be heard too.

What can you expect from me and my content? 📌 Well, that’s an easy one! Here, NOTHING is off limits, and it really is a safe place for us to chat about love, relationship dilemmas, wellbeing tips, techniques and trends, all whilst adding a dash of psychology and sociology to the mix!

❤️ Personal growth and evolution inspire me, but above all, feeling comfortable in our own skin is definitely a challenge I believe we should all embark on. As women, we all have something unique to offer, which is why we DESERVE to feel confident and at ease in who we are.

📖 I’ve worked as an Editor for 8 years now and definitely feel that I’ve found my calling. For me, this is what I was destined to do, and having that certitude explains the constant smile on my face! That's right, happiness is indeed what drives me along this long winding road.

What makes me happy? – Feeling strong enough to tackle the twists and turns that life throws at me in the way that I decide.

Who are my heroes? – All the women out there who are on a journey toward self-love and appreciation. (Did I really even need to mention that I’m actually an avid feminist too?! 😏)

  • Education background: Master’s degree in literature.

That was a great article. The only negative comment I will make is that it is NOT only 'women' who are victims of narcissists. I am a male victim, 2 years into recovery from my wife to be. She was BPD when we met ( diagnosed by a psychiatrist). She, after the lovebombing stage, morphed to a narcissist. Unfortunately there is a stigma about men being the victim. While it is true 80% of narcissists are men, not all are. I would appreciate future sensitivity in your articles related to gender of the parties. Thank you.

I Can’t Stand Criticism, Why Not? How Can I Change?

I’ve always been told I’m sensitive. It’s true that for a long time, I’d fly off the handle at the slightest remark. I have a temper that makes me easily offended, but I’ve changed. I’d had enough of being unable to take criticism, even when it was from a kind place full of common sense. If you recognize yourself in what I’m saying, perhaps you’re wondering why you’re like this? Well, as I’ve been working on it, I’ll explain.

I Can’t Stand People Anymore!

I moan behind the wheel when there’s a traffic jam, I moan at the till when there’s a queue, I moan on Saturdays when everyone’s decided to go into the city center. I don’t think I can stand people anymore. The city girl I’ve always been has even taken to dreaming of the countryside and an isolated house to have as little social contact as possible. Will I live, doctor? Well, not really. Let me explain.

What Is The Tinkerbell Effect In Psychology?

Brilliant, ambitious, perfectionist... These words correspond to some people, especially women, who suffer from “Tinkerbell” syndrome. But as in all fairy tales, there’s a dark side...
