When your body is naked, it can breathe and the epidermis cells renew themselves more quickly. This slows down the aging of the skin and makes it easier to get rid of toxins and excess sebum. As for your hair, sweating can dry it out and irritate your scalp. Without pajamas, we sweat less and therefore protect our hair.

Accepting yourself completely, as you are, is the basis of self-confidence. Being at ease with your body, therefore, contributes to this self-confidence.
